Psychical burden and its coping in the profession of social workers at the Labour Office

This diploma thesis deals with psychical burden and its coping in the profession of social workers at the Labour Office. Thesis approaching the values and basics upon which is the built contemporary social work. It deals with the role and work of the social worker at the Labour Office, including assumptions and competencies for the exercise of this profession. More deeply it deals with specific and to current issues and sources of psychical burden with which the most frequently encounter the social workers at the Labour Office. It also describes the consequences of psychical burden such as stress, fatigue, exhaustion and burnout syndrome. The thesis brings for performing this profession a preview of the influence of psychical burden on health of social workers on their work performance, work satisfaction, life satisfaction and motivation. In conclusion thesis brings a preview of the possible techniques and coping strategies of psychical burden. With the help of research probes the aim of this thesis is analyze, psychical burden of social workers in the Labour Office with which the exercise of the profession related, including possibilities to cope with the psychical burden
