Corporate Culture and its Role in Human Resource Management

This thesis deals with the corporate culture in a chosen company Podzimek a synové s. r. o. The aim is to analyze the corporate culture and its role in human resource management. There is explained the basic terminology which comes to this field. Various types of corporate culture and interconnection between human resource management and a company culture are described there.The research is carried out in several steps. Based on the observation, studying corporate materials, the thesis for the most part, consists of a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire created is focused on the needs and attitudes of employees. Finally, there are evaluated information and revealed noticed shortcomings and then the proposes for the management of the company how to improve the current situtation of the corporate culture are recommended
