Managerial Communication in the Selected Organization

The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to demonstrate the great importance of effective managerial communication in day-to-day life of organization. The literature research deals with the structure of managerial communication. It provides an overview of communication skills as well as the instruments of internal and external communication. The company Production Sito s.r.o. in Starý Pelhřimov is selected for the practical part of the thesis. The thesis describes the actual state of individual elements of managerial communication in the chosen company. An unstructured interview with the top manager is used as a source of information. Finally, some changes leading to improvement of internal and external communication are suggested there
