Add to ORKGThe aim of the thesis is to design a train and a bus terminal attached to the city centre by a new pedestrian area, which is separated from the industrial area by a housing development. Since the current access to the property is very poor, another aim of this project is to design a new access road. There are a number of aspects taken into account, i.e. the scale of the city and its surroundings, a current housing development such as Tesco store and a Christmas decoration factory. What is also considered is the dimensions of the nearby buildings, which determine the dimensions of the design project.
