Delimitation of Text in Czech Linguistics

The goal of bachelor's thesis is to capture how the term text is comprehended in Czech linguistics with respect to the broader context of foreign treatises. The attention is paid to the problems of text definition, some of its characteristics and terminological competitors in approach of different authors. Even the text related concepts such as groups and complexes of text, dialogue, context and hypertext are accounted for. The thesis also focuses on the text linguistics, its evolution and relation to other related branches of linguistics. On top of this all, many different ways of text comprehension in the different selected grammar handbooks of Czech are acquainted and confronted
