In my theoretical part I focused on anatomy and kinesiology of the feet. I also mentioned typology of feet, and it's function as a function of postural vaults and from a dynamic point of view. For clarity, I briefly introduced and the most common defects and deformities of the feet and fingers. The main part of my job is to define a flatfoot, its distribution, causes, diagnosis and its treatment options and appropriateprevention. The practical part contains three case studies of three patients for which was designed and applied their own therapy
