Second home tourism on the southern outskirts of Ústi nad Labem

SECOND HOME TOURISM ON THE SOUTHERN OUTSKIRTS OF ÚSTÍ NAD LABEM This bachelor thesis treats the subject-matter of second home tourism, which is a topic of the long-term study at the Department of Social Geography and Regional Development at the Faculty of Science, Charles University, Prague. For my study I have chosen the area of the southern outskirts of Ústí nad Labem, which was the subject of investigation within the frame of a project "Regional differentiation of second housing in the Czech Republic and its relation to other forms of tourism" supported by the Grant Agency of the Academy of Science, Czech Republic. This thesis aims to contribute to the documentation of the development and transformation of the second home tourism in this area with a special focus on two model areas, i.e. Brná nad Labem and Dolní Zálezy.
