Relationship between school headmaster and municipality as it's founder

The subject of the thesis is the relationship between the director of the school and local authority as its founder. The thesis explains the concepts that defines this relationship and influence this relationship the most. The aim was to use empirical research, mapping and analysis of problem areas of relationship from the view of both sides, the directors and founders. And to use synthesi sof thein views to find the most suitable solution. The questionnaire survey of two groups of respondents, directors and founders confirmed most problematic area in the field of relationship between headmaster and founder. The conclusion contains suggestions for possible solutions to improve the relationship with the director and founder
