The corporate-political changes that occured after the 1989 the initiators of Civil Procedure in the Czech Republic and Slovakia seek the transformation od Civil Procedure in such a form that would comply with the requirements of fair trial as well as fulfill the criteria to terminate procedures in reasonable time.
