The deanery of Brandys in the late middle ages

The thesis is about the church administration in the region of Brandýs nad Labem in the late Middle Ages. The thesis is focused especially on individual parishes in terms of appointment of parish priests, their financial circumstances and sponsorial laws. The attention is also devoted to local clergy. As main source of information were used administrative sources of Czech archbishopric, primarily confirm and erection books and judicial documents from Prague consistory. The text also includes the parts about situation in Czech church administration in the late Middle Ages and brief history of every single locality
