Teacher's Competence and its Role in the Process of Personality Socialization

The bachelor thesis deals with the key pedagogical competencies in connection with the process of socialization. The thesis explores conditions and developments of education system related to particular phases of personality development. The theoretical part of thesis explores the process of personality socialization in the education process. The practical part provides an analysis of some pedagogical documents (legislative documents, Bílá kniha, RVP, standards ISSA and RWCT) and explores the suggested definitions of pedagogical competencies. The thesis criticizes the vagueness and indefiniteness of competencies in the academic discussion of competencies, the solution of this problem may consist in standards like ISSA
