This Bachelor's dissertation concerns a stress issue. There is a big effort to create a complete insight into this phenomenon from many points of view, which consider natural and social sciences. This thesis is structurally divided into four parts, rather four points of view, where each part contains a small conclusion. The first part concerns biological perspective. Definition of stress, its history, also types and division of stress can be found there. Furthermore, there is a description of a physiological reaction and illnesses coming from stress. The second part is about a perspective of evolution and evolutionary psychology. The origin and function of adaptive mechanisms are concluded in this part as well as some of the essential adapt...
