Transition to adulthood: analysis of factors influencing the course of transition for young people with learning disabilities Abstrakt: This work deals with transition program and possibilities of its using for young people with learning disabilities. The aim of this paper is to find out which factors affect process and results of transition. The first part of this work define what is transition, how it could be used and how does it work in United Kingdom. The second part of this work tries to define and analyze factors, which affect transition for young people with learning disabilities.
