Prague Scouts during the normalization era - Memories of Scout Leaders

This paper focuses on the era of Normalization, specifically on history of the scouting in Prague in years 1968 - 1970. It describes history of the movement in this period and, through the method of oral history, explores main approaches of scout leaders regarding the end of the organisation. It searches, with the help of the concept of collective memory, for the main reasons of different views and expectations, including their roots in the history and future consequences. In the end it also pursues individual stories of scout functionaries on the background of big history.
