Title: How primary school pupils understand terms about solids Summary: The main intention of the work is to gain first-hand experience in the preparation, realization, document registration and analysis of experiments in the field of didactics of mathematics. The work consists of three main parts. The introduction is dedicated to theoretical knowledge concerned with the language of geometry, its development among pupils, and the formation of mathematical conceptions. The second part describes the preparation and registration of the experiments. The third part of the work focuses on the analysis of pupils' activities in which it is possible to observe the phenomena mentioned in the first part.
