Its general part informs about basic knowledge of knee, about the most common diseases and physiotherapeutical approaches which are being used for patiens with total knee replacement. Special part of this thesis describes case study of a patient with total knee replacement. This case study was worked out during special practice in ÚVN in Prague, Střešovice since 13th January 2011 to 3rd Ferbruary 2011
