Aggressive behaviour of pupils at Czech schools

My work is dealing with aggressive behaviour of pupils at Czech schools. After introducing significant theories of aggressivity of the 20th century, it is mainly focusing on meaning of a classroom climate as the main factor influencing the whole problem addressed above. The main emphasis is put on the teacher's authority and creating classroom rules of behaviour. In the last part, the central topic is competence of the teacher, not only in connection with the pupil's aggressive behaviour, but also its duration in the time of still higher requirements linked to the role of a teacher
