This work is devoted to resolving conflicts with still not too familiar mediation. It aims to bring this method to the public and familiarize them with its use at home and abroad. In each chapter explains the meanings of important concepts such as conflict, discrimination and bullying in the workplace. In particular, it is defined as mediation and the importance of such person mediator. Some questions on this issue I leave open on purpose, because the mediation is still an evolving method.
