Liberalisation in restrictions on acquisition by foreigners of real property in the Czech Republic

The purposeof my thesis is to analyzeaspectsconnectedwith liberalisationof legal restrictionsbasedon domesticlegal regulationsconcerningacquisitionof domesticreal estateby foreignexchangenon-residents.The reasonfor my researchis that nobodyever hasanalyzedthistopic alsofrom historicalperspective.
