Employement of people after brain injury in the international context

The main aim of this Diploma Thesis is to point out the importance to pay attention to people with the brain injury in the context of their engagement to working process. It is a current topic, because the number of these people has been increasing and their unemployment ranges between 70 - 80 %. To be employed is not only livelihood for these people, but the possibility of self-realization and engagement to society is much more important for most of them. Considering the consequences after the brain injury and due to long-term unemployment, their prospects of permanent job are lowered. The Diploma Thesis points out not only the barriers in employing of the people after the brain injury, but also the possibilities, kinds and tips for the employing of these people.
