In the theoretical part introduces characteristic marks of adolescence, presents possible risk factors leading to addictive drugs misuse and explains the problems of addiction. It presents in detail the problems of smoking and valid legislation including tobacco inspection on the area of the Czech Republic. Closing chapters of the theoretical part are dedicated to preventative precautions and ways of suitable motivation of adolescent to healthy lifestyle. By the survey carried out with the help of the questionnaire was detected an opinion of students on smoking habit, their personal relation to this problem and the range of using this addictive drugs among respondents.
