Self-help personality development

I describe a few self-help development methods in this work. My sources are popular and serious literature and my experience. I try to find serious information about methods which works well in practice. Sometimes it is very difficult to place it in a serious theoretical frame. I describe methods I have some experince with. In the second chapter the reader can find hypnosis and similar practical forms of it: Schultz's autogenne training, Kretschmer's active hypnotical training, Jacobson's method. I compare them with each other. In the third chapter I show the contribution of the writer J. Foglar to the approach to personal development. He has promoted the Blue Life, diary and 13 beavers hunting in his books. The next method shown here is the favourite Time management. In this matter, I was inspired by J. Adair. The Enneagram is another method I find interesting. It is very inspirative way of self-development, not only a typology. There are also many methods for the effective learning. I describe various methods for better memory and the Superlearning in this work. The human body can be a very effective instrument for self-development.
