Development of educational programmes in primary special schools

The thesis deals with the subject of development of the school education programmes in the special schools. In the theoretical part I write about the conception of education, outline the history of the legislation of Czech educational system and in more detail I concentrate on the way to the new school statute. Further I describe the changes related with the new school statute and with the development of the school educational programmes. The practical part results from the inquiry at the special schools. Information is obtained through the medium of questionnaries from pedagogues, co-ordinators of the development of the schools educational programmes and headmasters of the special schools and predicate about their foreknowledge, understanding and the attitude to this dilemma
