The aim of this work is to demonstrate how the life of Italian society at the beginning of the twentieth century was reflected in La Voce magazine, which was published from 1908-1916 in Florence. The attention will be focused not only on the historical events but especially on the way it reflected on Italian modernism. For better understanding of the magazine and its value this work begins by explaining the international historical, social and cultural context in which La Voce arose. It examines the programme statement of the magazine and its changes during the existence of La Voce. The main part is dedicated to the analysis of the thematic areas treated in articles.
