Field Work with Children and Adolescent in Proximasociale's Programs Libuschka and Bouda

The theme of this thesis is about working with the Youth, directly in the field. I, in this work, look at the subject from the first line worker's point of view especially. This paper can be divided into two parts; the first part is more practical while the second one gives a theoretical overview of the problem I am trying to research on. I hope to have shared my diverse experience, with working with children and young people. This whole process is presented throughout examples such as communication between management, team members and other third part organizations in order to efficiently support young people. Beside this, I also stress out the very important preparation phase and the subsequent cooperation with the clients. In the theoretical part I briefly describe the nature, background, methodology, but also the relation between social work and social pedagogy. Among other things, this paper has helped me to look at my everyday work from a different angle. It also brings up several interesting problems one could have a look at.
