Nursing the patients with acetabular fracture

The bachelor work attends the means of nursing the patiens with acetabular fracture at The Orthopaedic Clinic of IPVZ and 1. LF UK in The Faculty Hospital Na Bulovce. It describes acetabular anathomy, pathogenesis and classification of this fracture, ways of treatment, nursing procedures by patiens with this diagnose, hygiene, extension types, prevention of complications due to long confinemet to bed, psyche of patiens, preoperative and postoperative care. The centrepoint of the work is constituted by trial investigation to compare the ways and fastidiousness of nursing these patiens in 22 medical facilities in the Czech Republic. Most respondents were nurses with specialization in function of ward nurse or head nurse with long time praxis
