The associations of the Vlašim region (1848-1918)

Presented doctoral thesis "Association - a Modernizing Element oj the Vlašim Region (1848-1918)" deals with the comparatively aimed analyzing research of the Czech sociallife of the Vlašim region in period from 1848 to 1918. The social life of the associations is depicted exactly and comprehensively with aU its basic attributes using the research of aU the basic aspects of their life such as statutes, social-professional structure, internal and external social life, disputes and conflicts both within and outwarda, as well as the po1iticization of some of them. The thesi s is based on the sources of the primary information and the authoritative literature used
