Italian Fascism in the View of Theory of Elits

This paper summarizes the interpretations of fascism from the first half of the twentieth century. Then the paper sets two points of view and compares them. The first is the point of view of the opponents and critics of fascism, whether it would be communists or liberal democrats. These critiques are confronted with Mussolini's seeing of fascism. His conceptions are supplemented by other works of other supporters of fascism or by the official materials of fascist movement (or party).
