Evaluation of suburbanization in Prague's hinterland - influence on landuse and on territory function The main goals of this thesis are to describe land use changes in three time periods in cadastral units Dobřejovice, Modletice and Jažlovice situated in Prague's hinterland, to evaluate their influence on the territory function and to create a database of commercial objects in this area. There is a theme introduction in the first part. Furthermore, the thesis describes methods used for the data processing. The main part of the thesis is focused on the characteristic of the area of interest and describes the detected land use and territory function changes based on spatial overlays of time series of very high- resolution image data. The outputs of this work are maps of land use in 1994, 2004 a 2007, maps of land use changes in the particular time periods and the database of the commercial objects with their utilization purpose
