Project management in civil sector

Thesis deals with project management as a strategy for the organization. Attention is primarily devoted to defining the various concepts, principles and project management cycle. Much of the work is devoted to project management methods that facilitate and improve the work. They are described and evaluated the different organizational structures within which it is possible to implement the projects. A new trend is the emergence of project-oriented companies and organizations, which it defines and describes. The theoretical interpretation of the issue of creating a basis for research aiming to describe the experience in selected organizations in order to show other organizations how to access project management in organizations that have reached a certain position in the Czech Republic for the period of its operation
