The role of psychological services in a Integrated rescue servis

In our work we marked out a charting of psychosocial service within the Integrated rescue system with the aim to describe the possibilities and the deficiences of this system within the Czech Republic. The usage of psychosocial help during extreme events is very popular nowadays and each organization which involves helping at such events, tries to provide it. Its history is relatively short, it has been pushing itself dramatically last 20 years. Nevertheless, it has already obtained a bad reputation. The conception including aims isn't clear and the misusage of help very frequent. Nowadays psychological help is considered modern, however dangerous at the same time because it can lead to groundless and inappropriate actions
