The management education MBA

The topic of my Bachelor thesis is entitled ''The Management Education MBA." This type of undergraduate training evolved markedly in the nineties of the last century and the subject continues to grow in popularity. Hundreds of managers all over the world complete this trainig program every year to rise to the occasion their function. With respect to the actual development in management it is expected that there will be increased demand for the practical training and development of managers in the future. One of many possibilites in management development is the basic Management Education MBA, the objective of which is to train more competent and efficient managers. In my bachelor thesis I deal not only with the Management Education MBA, but with its potential trainee - the manager as well. Consequently, I analyse on one hand the personality of a manager in light of requisite qualities and competences, and on the other hand the character of a manager's work, particularly in view of specific job requirements. In the following sections I concentrate on the Management Education MBA, paying special attention to its character and educational aspects.
