The research project: attitudes of nurses towards lifelong learning

This bachelor thesis is focused on problems regarding the lifelong learning of nurses, which became mandatory under the law in 2004. The goal of this thesis is to study nurses' opinions on this issue, concentrating specifically on the negative ones in order to find a solution based on their own suggestions. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part deals with the qualifications for a medical career, nurse registration, legislation and the lifelong learning both in general and in the context of the lifelong learning. The empirical part describes the preparation, actualization and results of the probe, which was performed as the basis of suggested research. The results, however, showed that studying nurses' opinions is too simple a method because nurses have no solution for the current system. It is therefore important to aim research in a different direction
