The diploma thesis "Creating Social Structure among Children in Nursery School" deals with equality of opportunity to pre-school education. The education right is guaranteed for man by legal system. The thesis deals with equal chance to pre-school attendance, to be enrol in a standard class and in free-times activities. The thesis investigates a social structure of a class and its influencing factors. This thesis investigates which access - equal or unequal - is used in a nursery school. The case study of a small town compares two nursery schools - two classes of 6-year-old children. The results of the diploma show the existing social unequality in pre-school education. This social unequality is based on the child's etnicity, person characteristics, gender, age and socio-ekonomic background of family
