Main findings: In our work, we describe the basic characterization of healthy skin, definition, incidence, etiopathogenesis, risk factors, forms, complications, diagnosis, treatment and proper diet in atopic eczema. The treatment is divided mainly on the external, physical, internal and alternative. The basic approach for the treatment of atopic eczema should always be individual and complex that is appropriate for your treatment and respect of good lifestyle. The treatment is always external, which can be combined with more severe cases of internal or physical therapy. Alternative medicine is the use of more marginal. Conclusion: Atopic eczema is incurable skin disease. Properly selected the correct therapy and lifestyle we are trying to dampen only the symptoms and reduce the frequency of relapse
