75 PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY AND THE RESTRICTING INTERVENTION OF THE STATE The title of my thesis is Parental responsibility and the restricting intervention of the state. The term parental responsibility is quite new in our legal order. This term was introduced to our legal order by the novel of Family Act. The most important act for my thesis is Family Act. Parental responsibility is defined as a complex of the fundamental parental rights and obligations, which belong to parents in relation to their minor child. Institute of parental responsibility consists of three parts. Parents have to take care about their minor child, they have to represent him and manage his property. Both parents have parental responsibility but they have to have full legal capacity. Children have to respect their parents and mind them. The state has to protect children even against their own parents. My thesis is divided into five chapters. In the first chapter I explain the most terms related to the subject of my thesis. Then I describe duties and obligations of those who perform parental responsibility. In the third chapter I deal with representation of minor child who doesn't have full legal capacity and the fourth chapter is about managing child property.
