5 Summary Title: The Promotion of Sport in Jablonec nad Nisou with Emphasis on the Procedure of Financing Aims: Describe and consider the state of support of sport in Jablonec nad Nisou. Analyze methods of financial support in Jablonec nad Nisou. Method: Mixed research, case study, interview - personal, phone and e-mail; questionnaire Results: State of support of sport in Jablonec was described in this diploma thesis. Measure and level of support provided by the town and its methods were described as well. I found out which problems currently exist in the area of sports clubs due to the questionnaire I had sent to the representatives of the sports organizations in Jablonec nad Nisou.
