3 Abstract: Title: Special strength's exercises for cross country skiers by classic technique. Purposes: To compare coordination of chosen muscles on leg during cross country skiing classical technique and during strength's and imitation exercises. Methods: Surface electromyography. Results: As the research shows, there is a similar and difference in muscle timing of chosen muscles on leg during the cross-country skiing classical technique and during special strength's and imitation exercises. Key words: Cross country skiing, kinesiology, surface electromyography, special strength's exercise
