Education Towards Citizenship ? The State and Law - Didactic Analysis

The thesis goes into the importance and teaching of law-related education at the primary school. The Introductory chapter explains the importance and principle of law-related and political law education and its place in the Framework Education Programme for Elementary Education. After that follows an analysis of some Civic Education teaching materials for primary schools and educational projects, which develope law-related literacy. Didactic analysis of State and Law area was carried out. State and Law area is a part of the field of Education for Citizenship in the Framework Education Programme for Elementary Education. The last chapter contains a proposal for the law-related education at primary school, including several examples of work with the theme
