Managing of the change in the nursing care in The Regional hospital Kolin,a.s.

The dissertation is devoted to the introduction process of changes in the directing of nursing care in the pilot program of the Continual increasing of the quality in the neurological department of the Regional hospital in Kolin, a.s. In the preamble of my magister work, I deal with theoretical informations, which are very important for understanding of the processus of the changes in practice. I generally deal with the quality of the health care and with the models how to direct the quality of the health care. I compare if there is a difference in the protests of the staff against the changes in the health care and in some industry branches. The theoretical part of my work is concentrated to the quality model of the Continual increasing, to the problems in its introduction into practice and to the barriers against its realisation in practice. The practical part of my work is devoted to the methods of diagnostics of the organisation, which were used in the process of the direction of the changes. The main part of the work is in the analysis of the situation, which has become the starting point for the direction of the changes in the nursing care. The work is illustrating the individual steps, which were necessary to be made for the realisation of the organisation and Continual increasing program vision. It..
