Concretization of the Contents of Pre-School Education in Individual Learning Programmes

My dissertation focuses on individual development programs during pre-school education. The theoretical part defines the concept connected to the proprietary research in the practical part. I pay special attention to pre-school education, children's needs, the process of a child's personality formation and educational diagnostics. 1 analyze the continuity between the individual approach in the past and in current practice and methods supporting the individualization of pre-school education. The practical part covers the creation, implementation and evaluation of individualized plans. Additional analysis assesses the use of the individual approach by nursery school teachers.
