The Influence of Psycho-relaxation Exercises on Children with ADHD/ADD

The presented thesis focused on the influence of psychorelaxation exercises on the personality of a child with ADHD/ADD. The purpose of the thesis was to monitor the effect of psychorelaxation exercises on the difficulties that children suffering from thistype of disorder face. The survey aspired to find out how much do the psychorelaxation exercises help to increase the level of attention and concentration as well as the development of social skills of children who are part of a special-education kindergartenclass.The theoretical part dealt with the problems of behavioral disorder and the importance of psychorelaxation for this type of children in particular.
