Full-electronic application in the Czech Republic

The theme of this work is the real possibility of introducing the electronic-only submission in the Czech Republic, concretely the following use of the services of the public administration contact places, the so calles Czech POINTs. In the first part are discussed the tools of the e-government and the possibilities of the electronic submission in the Czech Republic. In the next part are analyzed the services provided by the contact places Czech POINT, including my own investigation. The main analysis of this work is the evaluation of the awareness about the Czech POINT services and their use, especially the submission in the trade licencing register
