Employee training Summary Organizations effectively increases the capacity of the company and their profits by investing in employee training and development. The aim of this paper is to describe the development of human resources in technological skills. The practical part analyzes the ongoing training of employees in the form of internal training through structured groups working on vacuum-forming presses at the company Uniplast Ltd.
