(Occasionally) Being a Mentor or Dilemmas and Traps of Mentoring

The article deals with the issue of the relation between indigenous education and mainstream schooling in contemporary multicultural societies. Particular emphasis was placed on reconstructing educational practices that is implemented toward indigenous minorities.
