Exotismo posmodemo: la antropología de los encuentros turísticos interculturales.

This article presents a critical revision of the studies which were made during the last twenty years, about the asymmetric international tourist meetings between visitors and receptors, mediated by operators. From an anthrapologíc al point of view, those are understood as intercultural and transcultural meetings which take place under the reorganization of the communities identities facing the pressures of the tourísm industry for selling images of "the exotic" and tourists' insist on living "the authentic".Este artículo presenta una revisión crítica de los estudios hechos durante los últimos 20 años sobre los asimétricos encuentros turísticos internacionales entre visitantes y receptores, mediados por operadores. Desde la perspectiva antropológica se conciben como encuentros interculturales y transculturales que ocurren bajo la reorganización de las identidades de las comunidades locales ante las presiones de la industria turística por vender imágenes de "lo exótico" y la insistencia de los turistas por experimentar "lo auténtico"
