: Implementation of Villagers-Based Sanitation Movement Program In Environmental Control (Study in Desa Perning, Kecamatan Jatikalen, Kabupaten Nganjuk). Villagers-Based Sanitation Movement Program is Goverment of Perning village\u27s program. The movement of community-based sanitation programs basically run by the village\u27s goverment, the “ Desa Siaga” team and villagers. The results showed that the implementation of villagers-based sanitation movement programs have been implemented to the maximum through the active role and participation of the community and support from the village administration and program implementation group. the factors that affect, among other contributing factors that include the proffessinal human resources, and the existence of legal sanctions, participatory public awareness, while inhibiting factors which include the financial resources and time resources for the development of healthy latrines / sanitation
