Implikasi Perubahan UUD 1945 Terhadap Cara Pengisisan Jabatan Presiden Dan/atau Wakil Presiden Serta Pemberhentian Presiden Dan/atau Wakil Presiden Dalam Masa Jabatannya

Reforms that rolls in 1998, has brought significant changes in the field of state administration of the Republic of Indonesia, especially after the 1945 Constitution changes. These changes have led to shifts in the way to fill the President and/or Vice President's position and the mechanism of discharging the President and/or Vice President in their term of office. The ways to fill the position through general election have an implication to the strength of the President and Vice President's position because they got legitimacy from citizens as the holder of sovereignty. It has the consequence that President and/or Vice President cannot be dismissed only for political reasons, but through a mechanism that is quite difficult
