Motivasi, Kebiasaan, Dan Keamanan Penggunaan Internet

: This study investigates motivation, habits, and security of internet use by high schools and universities students in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi. This descriptive and quantitative reasearch uses survey method. The findings of the study show that the strongest motivation is to show self existence, entertainment, and academic purposes. At some points, the habit of using the internet also makes the students face some risks such as verbal and nonverbal abuses, bullying, pornoghrapy, account hacking, and the risk of interaction with unknown parties
