This study aimed at finding out the influence of jigsaw cooperative learning and students' learning motivation on Science learning achievement of fourth grade students in SD Saraswati Tabanan. This research is apparent experiment research by using post test only control group design, involved 84 students which chosen randomly. The data are collected by a test. The result of the research showed that jigsaw cooperative learning significantly has a better influence on science learning achievement than the conventional one. In the interaction between learning model and learning motivation, jigsaw cooperative learning is more appropriate for high motivated students and the conventional one is more appropriate fow low motivated students
